SPF Application for Prevention Success Training
(SAPST)
Provides basic knowledge and skills needed to apply the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) to plan, implement, and evaluate effective, data-driven substance misuse programs and practices using the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).
It introduces the foundations of behavioral health and the public health approach to prevention and explores the Spectrum of Mental, Emotional, and Behavioral Interventions, emphasizing risk and protective factors across developmental stages and community contexts.
This course can help substance use prevention professionals earn the CEUs and training hours needed for certification through the Missouri Credentialing Board.

Missouri Prevention Coalitions Network
The Missouri Prevention Coalitions Network (MPCN) is an opportunity to meet with other SUD prevention coalitions across Missouri to discuss activities coalitions are doing, barriers they are facing, share resources, and brainstorm ideas or concepts with colleagues. The hope and goal of this network is to help enhance and support coalition prevention efforts, providing a safe space for processing and sharing with other like-minded folks in the field.

Missouri Prevention Advocacy Leaders (MoPAL)
Missouri Prevention Advocacy Leaders (MoPAL) is a group of substance misuse prevention coalition members and Prevention Resource Center staff who are passionate about advocating for primary prevention efforts and support across Missouri. MoPAL has subcommittees that focus on specific topics like events, membership, and substance-focused information. Meets quarterly on Zoom.
