These primers, developed by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), provide an overview of resources for and about community coalitions, helping to educate, inform, and empower local coalitions and provide some of the basic tools needed to become an effective and sustainable coalition in your community. Missouri Prevention Advocacy Leaders (MoPAL) is a group of substance misuse prevention coalition members and Prevention Resource Center staff who are passionate about advocating for primary prevention efforts and support across Missouri.
